You are perfect.

I went and got some new ink with my boo yesterday at @anchorsandinktattoo and @tattoosbyheathervenable did a beautiful job! This phrase stretching across my forearm was a statement I wrote to myself in February of 2019 after completing a 5-hour MDMA therapy session to heal from trauma and strengthen my Knowing of my inner wisdom.

"You are perfect, Chelsea, the flaws and all, you are perfect."

The other tattoo towards my wrist, “let go” has been an important phrase that has helped bring me back to balance. It’s been my go to phrase in meditation sits when I’m lost in thoughts...let go...return back to breath... begin again. It’s a phrase that hits my core. It’s a way of being. It’s a way of living. Not only in a meditation sitting practice, but in everyday life. Life becomes so much more joyous when you just, let go...
