I’m a registered associate marriage and family therapist at a private practice in Redmond where I help my clients tap into the universal energy of unconditional love. My therapeutic practice is rooted in the scientific research that acknowledges we are all vibration. All that has occurred in our life is the result of the frequency that is or has been emitted from us. Our beliefs about ourselves and others create a vibrational frequency which, in turn, creates our reality and sometimes that reality is one of negativity and feeling like a victim of life. My passion is to help you feel empowered and remember who you are, an infinite creator who has the capability to create the life you desire, even when that feels absolutely impossible.
My approach is focused on compassionate and mindfulness based modalities. We will conduct meditations, visualization techniques and inner child healing sessions with sound frequency medicine which helps raise your vibration. Intentional thought and elevated emotions are key to bringing to you that which you long to experience in your desired reality.
Wounds of trauma, attachment injuries, self-destructive tendencies & negative habits of being begin to heal when you cultivate a space of self-love and compassion. If you choose to work with me you will receive guided meditations that I encourage you to do each day; as our work is intentional and deliberate in helping you call forth the reality you desire.
I also work with couples where I help them restore emotional intimacy by breaking down their communication style so they can effectively communicate their wants and needs through vulnerable, honest and caring conversations. Teaching my clients how to speak to each other from their heart and create a secure attachment bond. ♥️
