Meditation Center Madras Oregon
Sundays from 4:00 - 5:00 PM at Local Motion, I offer a FREE Quartz Crystal Singing bowl sound bath and guided meditation. We will spend some time relaxing the body, focusing on the breath and allowing ourselves to step into the quiet place while being bathed in a sound bath experience. We will cultivate a space of inner love and extend that out towards the world. We will align our main energy centers of the body by listening to each of the 7 Quartz Crystal singing bowls. We will conduct a thankfulness and an imagination playground exercise to help us step into the reality we desire. We end the sit with an affirmation to repeat for the coming week.
The sound of the Quartz Crystal singing bowls align with the 7 main energy centers of the body, also known as chakras. Most participants see the colors of each chakra and feel the vibration through out each energy region. While engaging in the alignment of each of the energy centers, I encourage the participants to continue cultivating the elevated emotion of love and send that to each of the energy centers.
Participants are encouraged to bring their crystals and stones due to the frequency being emitted from the bowls as this cleanses the crystals and stones while also bringing healing to the 7 main energy centers of the body.
Those that want to truly deepen their meditation experience bring an eye mask to be fully submerged. The hour seems to magically slip by as meditators listen to my guidance.
Not only will participants walk away feeling calm and rested, but will be doing wonders to their brain and body. Come and discover the process of rewiring the neural pathways of the brain for wholeness and longevity.
For those in Central Oregon or passing through, you are invited to experience a relaxing and healing time at Meditation Center Madras Oregon located at Local Motion in Madras, Oregon.
Chairs and mats are provided at the meditation hall. You are welcome to sit on the floor by bringing your own meditation cushion and can sit against the wall if you'd like. Laying flat on the ground is not allowed due to participants falling asleep and snoring in the past.
A donation jar is located at the entrance of the meditation hall for those that would like to gift an offering for the free work being provided to the community.

What is being played here is the root chakra quartz crystal singing bowl 'C' note, 258 Hz.
