Meditation Center Madras Oregon
Every Sunday from 4:00 - 5:00 PM at Local Motion, I offer a FREE guided meditation sit. Participants are guided through a quartz crystal singing bowl sound bath, body scan, mindfulness, heart coherence, thankfulness and an imagination playground exercise to call forth future longings. I end the sit by reading a poem or quote and invite the participants to recite an affirmation for the coming week.
The sound of the quartz crystal singing bowls align with the 7 main energy centers of the body, also known as chakras. Most participants see the colors of each chakra and feel the vibration through out each energy region.
Participants are encouraged to bring their crystals and stones due to the frequency being emitted from the bowls as this cleanses the crystals and stones while also bringing healing to the 7 main energy centers of the body.
Those that want to truly deepen their meditation experience bring an eye mask to be fully submerged. The hour seems to magically slip by as meditators listen to my guidance.
Not only will participants walk away feeling calm and rested, but will be doing wonders to their brain. Come and discover the process of rewiring the neural pathways of the brain for wholeness and longevity.
For those in Central Oregon or passing through, you are invited to experience a relaxing and healing time at Meditation Center Madras Oregon located at Local Motion in Madras, Oregon.
Chairs and mats are provided at the meditation hall.
A donation jar is located at the entrance of the meditation hall for those that would like to gift an offering for the free work being provided to the community.

The solar plexus chakra is the third chakra located above the navel and represents the color yellow. If you close your eyes while listening you can even see the color yellow.
When in balance this chakra brings inner confidence, personal power, identity and strength of will.
Affirmation, "I am confident, and know who I am and what I can do."

The heart chakra is the fourth chakra located in the center of the chest and represents the color green. Close your eyes and listen and see if you can see the color green.
When in balance this chakra brings love, peace and forgiveness.
Affirmation, "I am able to give and receive love, my heart is open and forgiving."
What is being played here is the throat chakra quartz crystal singing bowl 'G' note, 383 Hz.
The throat chakra is the fifth chakra located in the throat and represents the color blue. See if you can see the color when you listen to the sound with your whole body.
