My work, Therapeutic Spiritual Guidance to Awaken Gnosis, blends guided meditations, inner child healing, sound frequency medicine, belief rewiring, self-love and compassionate practices, and manifestation work to support transformation that is both grounded and deeply spiritual.​
While this offering is distinct from psychotherapy and mindfulness instruction, my background as a Licensed Professional Counselor, Certified Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and someone with a Master’s degree in Marriage, Couple, and Family Counseling deeply informs the way I hold space, understand emotional healing, and support inner transformation.
