Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation with Self-Love & Compassion

A 2-Hour Guided Workshop with Sound Healing, Meditation, Reflection & Heart-Centered Practice

sound bath, sound healing, quartz crystal singing bowls, guided meditations

Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation with Self-Love & Compassion is a deeply relaxing, restorative, and heart-opening workshop designed to hep participants experience the healing power of meditation, self-love, and compassion.

This 2-hour experience invites participants to slow down, soften the body, quiet the mind, and reconnect with the wisdom already within them. Guided by Chelsea Brielle, participants are supported through sound healing, body awareness, mindfulness meditation, visualization, spiritual reflection, and loving-kindness practice.

This workshop is offered for therapy sites, yoga studios, wellness spaces, private in-home gatherings, and businesses seeking a peaceful, meaningful, and restorative group experience.

About the Workshop

Participants are invited to lay comfortably on their backs with arms and legs extended, eyes closed, and bodies ready to receive. The experience is created to feeling calming, loving, and deeply supportive.

Throughout the workshop, participants are guided through several meditation practices while also learning about the many benefits of mindfulness meditation for the body, mind, heart, and spirit.

Chelsea also weaves in quotes, poems, and teachings from spiritual teachers and well-known meditators to help participants better understand the relationship between meditation, self-love, compassion, and inner transformation.

This workshop is both educational and experiential. Participants do not just learn about meditation — they are guided into the felt experience of it.

What Participants Will Receive

The workshop begins with a Quartz Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Bath Meditation, where participants are invited to listen with their whole body to the healing tones of 7 quartz crystal singing bowls.

Each bowl is associated with one of the 7 main energy centers of the body, known as the chakras. The sound and vibration of the bowls create a deeply calming experience that supports energetic balance, relaxation, and nervous system restoration.

Participants are then guided through a calming body scan meditation, designed to help release unwanted tension stored in the body and bring the mind into a tranquil, present state.

Chelsea then discusses the benefits of a regular mindfulness meditation practice, including how meditation can support emotional regulation, self-awareness, compassion, stress relief, and the ability to pause before reacting.

Participants will learn:

  • What mindfulness meditation is

  • How to begin a regular sitting practice

  • Why meditation supports the body and mind

  • How meditation helps us return to the breath

  • How compassion changes our relationship with ourselves and others

  • How self-love can become a spiritual and practical path of healing

The workshop also includes a guided visualization exercise to help participants understand the relationship between meditation and compassionate living.

Chelsea shares a personal reflection on how meditation helped save her from a life filled with suffering and became a powerful foundation for healing, self-love, and inner freedom.

To close the workshop, participants are introduced to Metta Meditation, also known as Loving-Kindness Meditation. This practice is designed to cultivate compassion, warmth, forgiveness, and love for oneself and for humanity.

Benefits of the Workshop

Participants often leave feeling:

  • Relaxed

  • Calm

  • Rejuvenated

  • Grounded

  • Emotionally softened

  • More connected to themselves

  • More aware of the present moment

  • More open to self-love and compassion

This workshop offers more than stress relief. It introduces participants to the life-transforming potential of a regular meditation practice.

Meditation can support individuals in learning how to return to the breath, observe their thoughts with more spaciousness, respond rather than react, and appreciate the present moments of life.

For those experiencing emotional distress, mental overwhelm, addictive patterns, stress, grief, or spiritual disconnection, meditation can become a powerful supportive practice on the path toward healing and inner peace.

Her workshop is alive with stories, visualizations, sound healing, poetry, body awareness, reflection and  profound questions that deepen your connection with your inner soul. I came away feeling soothed, cared for, and replenished a most gently way."
